Tomisin currently serves as a Developmental Support Worker at Momentum and a Settlement Services Administrator at BrightIsle, where she supports newcomers in their integration journey, helping families transition smoothly into life in Newfoundland through housing, transportation, and community orientation programs.
She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Communications Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland, a Master degree in Industrial and Production Engineering from University of Ibadan Nigeria and a Bachelor degree from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomosho Nigeria, she and has over a decade of experience in education, administration, and project management. Tomisin’s professional path is marked by her commitment to service excellence, teamwork, and structured coordination, qualities that reflect in her meticulous approach to documentation, scheduling, and organizational communication.
Beyond her career, Tomisin is deeply involved in community empowerment initiatives. She volunteers with programs that support professional development for immigrants, mentors young professionals transitioning into tech fields such as Python programming and data analytics.

Her pursuit for the association and her members includes planning, organising and implementing opportunities for youths to get together, socialize and make friends with one another through activities like social gatherings.
Chika is from Ikwu-Ano Umuahia in Abia State, Nigeria. She is a professional hair stylist and the CEO of Chikkie's Hair Station Inc., Chika is rooted in the revitalisation of the Nigerian Cultural heritage and wishes to uphold this patriotism by improving cultural diversity and inclusion within the youths and students in the association.
