Chioma Ezera is the President of the Nigerian-Canadian Association of Newfoundland and Labrador (NCANL) Inc. She is responsible for providing strong leadership by working with other members of the executive team and Board of Directors in developing and implementing short and long-term goals, plans and strategies for our great association and strengthening civic engagement and integration. She is a strong advocate of fairness, justice, transparency, and inclusiveness of everyone. She makes sure that the Association gets only the best in the delivery of programs and initiatives that fosters a strong and dependable Nigerian community in Newfoundland and Labrador.
In addition to becoming the First elected female President of the Association, She has previously volunteered as the Treasurer/Director of Finance for The Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) in Cross River State, Nigeria; The Financial Secretary for The Memorial University Student Parent Association and has been volunteering with the NCANL since 2014 participating in various programs and initiatives that has impacted the community positively. Most recently, she was the Vice President with the immediate past Executive Leadership of the NCANL. Her dedication and selfless service has earned her a prestigious service award by the MDGs, Nigeria. She Holds a Degree in Banking and Finance (BSc.) and a diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics. She is a Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management Charter and Professional Management (NIM- Chartered).
Chioma is a mum to her two beautiful daughters Eleonora and Federica whom she loves with all of her heart.

Ms Jennifer was the Director of Communications of Black Students Association, MUN, between 2021/2022. She hails from the south eastern region of Nigeria. Her first language is Igbo language.
Ms Jennifer holds a BA major in Sociology and minor in Psychology from Memorial University of Newfoundland. With a certificate degree in Canadian Indigenous Studies from MUN, Ms Jennifer has keen interest in learning more about the Indigenous people of Canada, and yet completing another certificate study in Indigenous
Lonpe Adegboyega is the Public Relations Officer of the Nigerian Canadian Association of Newfoundland and Labrador. She is responsible for all communication of the organization with the public. She manages the relationship of the association with the media and promotes integration of Nigerians in Newfoundland & Labrador into the Newfoundl

Lonpe holds an MBA from the Obafemi Awolowo University and a Diploma in Accounting and Payroll. She is a mediator in training with broad experience in people management and conflict resolution. She hails from Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria.
Folasade Shodipo is an Educationist and a trained Finance analyst with over 10yrs work experience in finance. She is the Treasurer of the NCANL Inc. and is responsible for depositing every money collected at every meeting or event of the association and is also a signatory to the Association’s bank account. Folasade is from Ekiti state, Nigeria, she is a wife and a mother to three handsome boys.
Chidozie George is the Assistant General Secretary of the Nigerian Canadian Association of Newfoundland and Labrador (NCANL) Inc. In his role, he provides Administrative and clerical support to the association. He loves to give back to the community by volunteering. He loves the great outdoors and enjoys travelling.
Oluwatosin Folowosele is the Director of Finance. He is a Graduate Student at Memorial University Newfoundland and Labrador and has a B.Sc Accounting degree. He has held the position of Financial Secretary as an undergraduate student at the departmental level and has a passion for volunteering.
Ìníolúwa Akínlẹ́yẹ is the Director of Social and Welfare of the NCANL Inc. She is responsible for all social and welfare initiatives, activities and events of the Association. Ìní hails from ìbàdàn, Ọ̀yọ́ State, Nigeria and has been very active in the African arts and culture space.
Chika Okeugo Frankie is the Director of Youth, Student & Cultural Affairs of The NCANL Inc. where she oversees everything pertaining to all youth members of the association including students within Newfoundland & Labrador.

Her pursuit for the association and her members includes planning, organising and implementing opportunities for youths to get together, socialize and make friends with one another through activities like social gatherings.
Chika is from Ikwu-Ano Umuahia in Abia State, Nigeria. She is a professional hair stylist and the CEO of Chikkie's Hair Station Inc., Chika is rooted in the revitalisation of the Nigerian Cultural heritage and wishes to uphold this patriotism by improving cultural diversity and inclusion within the youths and students in the association.
